Privacy and booking information

This page describes what the public enquiry currently does and the information Gymnasia must provide before payment. It is an operational disclosure, not a claim that an enquiry is a confirmed booking.

Last reviewed: 1 August 2026

An enquiry is not a booking

Submitting the form asks Gymnasia to review availability. It does not reserve a place, take payment or confirm accommodation, coaching, dates, transfers or other services. Do not book travel until Gymnasia has confirmed the requested arrangements and supplied the applicable written terms.

Information the enquiry asks for

The form asks for the guardian's name, email, phone and country; whether one or two adults travel; the child's age, training experience and gi preference; optional second-child age; package, duration and preferred start; and optional notes. It also sends the page language, campaign and click identifiers, first-touch attribution, source site and browser measurement identifiers when available.

Children's data is deliberately limited

The public form does not ask for a child's name, surname, date of birth, photograph, identity document, medical condition, medication, allergy or emergency contact. Do not add that information to the notes. Before any later sensitive-data request, Gymnasia must explain the purpose, secure collection channel, who can access it, and the retention and deletion period.

Measurement and attribution

The site uses its configured analytics and advertising measurement systems to understand visits, enquiries and WhatsApp handoffs. Campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers and browser measurement identifiers may accompany an enquiry. First-touch attribution kept in this browser expires after 90 days. That browser expiry is not a statement about retention by Gymnasia or any measurement provider.

Where an enquiry goes

The enquiry is sent through Gymnasia's booking service and may be copied to its customer-management record, operational spreadsheet and internal staff notifications so the team can respond and resume incomplete operational steps. The current public materials do not publish a complete processor list or an organizational retention schedule; request those details before sending anything sensitive.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Email Gymnasia to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with your enquiry. Include enough information to identify the enquiry, but do not email passports, medical records or other sensitive attachments unless Gymnasia first provides an appropriate secure channel.

Prices, availability and commercial terms

Published prices and dates are planning information, not a live inventory or payment offer. Before payment, obtain written confirmation of availability, room configuration, the full cost, what is included, deposit and balance timing, cancellation and refund rules, date-change terms and any transfer arrangements. The written terms supplied for the proposed booking govern those points.

Questions or data requests

Contact Gymnasia before submitting if you need a privacy, safeguarding or commercial detail that is not published here.
